Mason just announced to me that he wants to be a garbage man when he grows up.

I AM CRACKING UP!!! But you know I totally get that...it does seem really cool to just grab on to the back of the truck!
Next garbage day, invite him to stick his head in the garbage can and take a deeeeeeeeeeeep breath. Then explain that THAT is what he'd be smelling ALL DAY, EVERY day as a garbage man. To really drive it home, make sure you have thrown out some uncooked meat or chicken guts a few days earlier.....and make sure your garbage can gets plenty of direct sunlight. :-)
